Summit Place is a new residential supportive living community in the Town of Rich Creek in Giles County. Completed in the summer of 2015, Summit place is now ready for residents and is accepting applications. Summit Place has been designed to create an inviting and supportive living environment for people 55 years and older, with 23 fully-furnished and accessible private bed and bathrooms and a variety of support services including meals. The building, built by Community Housing Partners, is highly energy efficient through the use of structural insulated panels and has a solar hot water system.
