Manga turned Anime that is a time favorite, Broke all records: Dragon Ball

Dragon Ball is a Japanese Anime created by Akira Toriyama in 1984. Initially, the manga was written and illustrated by Toriyama. It was a series documented in the daily newspaper ”Shoen Jump” in the early years 1984-1995. And was later converted into an Anime Series.

The Manga consisted of 519 individual chapters and 42 volumes each. It was published by Shuiesha. The Manga Dragon Ball is derived from the Chinese novel “Journey to the West”. The series also consists of Hong Kong Martial Arts and as well elements of Esat Asian Martial Arts I including Karate and Kun Fu.

The Story of Dragon Ball

The series shows the storyline is based on a young boy “Son Goku” It starts in the childhood of Son Goku who is trying to learn the art of Martial arts and leaves him isolated from civilization. It shows the struggles of childhood as he masters the art from childhood to Adulthood. While living this life in isolation he one day meets a girl ” Bulma” whom he befriends, when she asks him to join the quest to explore the world to find the “seven Orbs” known as the Dragon Balls who are the dragons that come to their rescue where and wherever summoned.

Alongside Bulma on his Journey, forms a group of friends who join him in their quest. Due to this he forms an emotional bond with his friends and becomes. Not only does he find what he is looking for but also he discovers his identity, his family heritage, and history. While collecting the Dragon Ball he fights a variety of villains, who oppose him and are also in search of the Dragon Balls.
